What we collect
- Details you send us: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email, country, budget, the type of property you are interested in and any message you write, when you use a form, book a consultation or chat with the assistant.
- Chat conversations: messages you send to the website assistant are stored so Naveen can follow up and improve answers.
- Basic technical data: the page you were on, your IP address (for spam protection) and, if analytics is switched on, anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange the consultation you booked and send you property information you asked for. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Services we use
- OpenAI processes chat messages to generate the assistant's replies.
- Postmark delivers booking and enquiry emails.
- Google Analytics and Meta may measure visits and enquiries if enabled.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security standards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
